Dr. Max Senges

Short profile:
Max has an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset. His strength is to systemically conceptualize a problem - which allows for automatization and the construction of effective enterprise architectures. At the same time he is centered around a humanistic philosophical interest for contextualized ends within a holisitic world view (considering al economic, human, social, and natural capital). This allows him to consult on how to setup motivating and collaborative work environments.

Max’s other thematic focus is entrepreneurship. In his PhD research he on the one hand proposed a philosophical conceptualization of an entrepreneurial mindset and on the other hand he argues for the institutionalization of entrepreneurial practices in order to exploit the constant flow of innovation and the creative destruction and cybernetic optimization of practices. On the practical side Max is consulting entrepreneurs in setting up their projects, developing effective and sustainable value creation models, as well as positioning and promoting their service/product on the market. As a result of his extensive international work and volunteering experience Max has developed a profound interest in promoting sustainable development through micro-entrepreneurship and greentech ventures. He currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.
